Delivery Address Requirements and Policy Guidelines

Accurate and complete delivery addresses are essential when arranging for the delivery of flowers, plants, gifts, and preserved goods. We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee successful delivery if the provided address is fictitious or incomplete.

Cancellation and Refund

To cancel an order, notification must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.

Partial Credit

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will promptly inform you and refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion.

Reimbursement Procedure

After confirmation from either the client or intended recipient via mail or phone, our establishment will initiate the online refund process. Please be patient, as it may take between 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed accordingly.
