We regret to inform you that we cannot guarantee successful delivery if the provided address is fictitious or incomplete. Additionally, if the recipient cannot be located or contacted, our ability to ensure delivery is compromised. To facilitate smooth delivery operations, a valid local contact number is required.

In instances where deliveries are unsuccessful due to factors such as the recipient's absence at the provided address or refusal of delivery, the following policies apply:

Cancellation and Refund:

To cancel an order, notification must be provided at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to receive a full refund.

Partial Credit:

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, we will promptly inform you and refund the amount corresponding to the undelivered portion, whether it be the original product or any substitute item.

Reimbursement Procedure:

After confirmation from either the client or intended recipient via mail or phone, our establishment will initiate the online refund process. Please be patient, as it may take between 10 to 15 business days for the refund to be processed accordingly.
